Impero launches new customer portal
A lot has changed at Impero in the last year, a re-brand, big product changes as we continue to develop our cloud-hosted version of Impero Education Pro, and it doesn’t stop there. After months of work, we’re excited to announce our new customer portal which is available to all of our customers worldwide!
What does the new customer portal include?
Search through articles and videos – you’ll have access to everything you need to use Impero effectively and to answers all those burning technical queries.
Access and raise a ticket
Got a questions for us? We’re still available via email or phone, however you can now raise a ticket directly in the portal and keep tabs on its progress along with any others you may have.
Want to find out how other schools are using Impero or have your own tips and tricks you think are useful? This is the place to share away! You can chat to other schools, see how they’re using Impero and offer your own advice. More importantly, it’s your opportunity to have your say, send feature requests directly to our product management team and discuss your likes and dislikes. We want to hear from you.
