Impala Bondco plc’s publication of its audited consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2021 (the “Financial Statements“), which were to be published and made available no later than 30 April 2022, will be delayed due to circumstances outside the company’s control. Impala Bondco plc intends to publish the Financial Statements no later than by 30 May 2022.
