Field Marketing Associate – USA

Impero is looking for a creative, driven and passionate marketing professional who’s passionate about education and advancing student safety initiatives in the US.

As the US Field Marketing Associate, you will play a critical role in advancing Impero’s lead generation, brand awareness and thought leadership initiatives in the US market. You’ll have at least 3 years of experience working as part of a digital agency or an in-house team, and be able to self-manage projects and work collaboratively with multiple departments across an international company.

You will be comfortable wearing many hats and have great communication skills. You have a passion for storytelling and know the basics of content strategy/development. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll work directly with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute Impero’s marketing strategy, including owning and building relationships with customers, channel partners and charity partners. There is possibility to grow in this role so experience in mentoring or training team members is a plus.

Role Responsibilities –

  • Responsible for managing the promotion and positioning of Impero brand and products in the US
  • Works directly with marketing team to develop marketing programs, design marketing strategies and implement marketing campaigns for the US market
  • Works directly with reseller partners on campaign and lead generation initiatives in the US
  • Owns content planning and development for US channels, including blogs, white papers, social media and webinars
  • Use analytics to determine the best ways to engage users, increase customer loyalty, generate leads and measure brand awareness
  • Manages PR agency relationship in the US
  • Tracks and makes recommendations for marketing budget
  • Collaborates with team members and provides guidance to the design and implementation of global marketing campaigns
  • Able to establish and create processes to improve the organization’s marketing efforts
  • Creates US sales messaging and support material
  • Stays on top of new technology trends and makes recommendations for new opportunities
  • Occasional coordination of tradeshows

Required skills / experience

  • Self-motivated, organized team player who’s able to work towards deadlines
  • Over 3 years’ marketing experience
  • Experience in EdTech, preferably in K-12 market
  • Creative mindset with an attitude of collaboration and coordination with international counterparts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of working with a CRM
  • Content marketing/copywriting experience preferred
