We have a team of consultants ready to guide you through the research stage of any potential purchase. First they’ll want to find out as much as they can about your organisation, the issues you may be experiencing and the reasons you sought us out. They’ll then take you through a live, bespoke product demonstration and, should you wish, can put you in touch with some of our existing clients or let you trial our product for free. They’ll make recommendations, they’ll help you build a business case and they’ll share with you all the relevant literature to help you make the right decision.
Product installation is simple and can all be done remotely by our technical support team. We’ll arrange a time that suits you and take care of everything, so you’re up and running without delay.
We boast a fantastic support helpdesk that will see you through from installation, to ongoing customer care and training. We have various contact points and lots of supporting material, including a responsive helpdesk, an interactive forum and access to a library of technical documents, video tutorials and user guides, should you need them.
Keeping you happy is what matters most, so we want to hear from you immediately if you feel anything is not up to scratch. We take your grumbles very seriously and have a full complaints escalation process in place to ensure things are dealt with promptly should they arise (it’s a little dusty, as thankfully we don’t have to refer to it too often!)
