Nottingham, 22 May 2023 – On 26 April 2023, Impala Bondco plc (the "Company") instructed the agent for the Company's up to SEK 500,000,000 senior secured bonds with ISIN NO0011117145 (the "Bonds") to initiate a written procedure to request the bondholders to vote in favour of extending the deadline for providing the audited consolidated financial statements in respect of the financial year 2022 and for providing the unaudited consolidated financial report in respect of the first quarter of the financial year 2023 pursuant to paragraphs (a)(i)-(ii) of Clause 11.1 (Information from the Issuer) of the terms and conditions of the Bonds.
The Company has decided to withdraw and cancel the ongoing written procedure. The Company's intention is to initiate a new written procedure within a short timeframe with amended terms and requests.
