Impala Bondco plc, trading as Impero, will delay the publication of the Audited Financial Report for the Fiscal Year that ended on 31st December, 2023. The Company expects to publish the Audited Financial Report by no later than Monday, May 27th, 2024. Given the recent appointment of a new Senior Management Team, additional time is required for review and approval of the report.
