Schools face an array of online safeguarding threats posing risks to students on
and off premises. These threats increase in diversity and complexity, making it
difficult to avoid.

We surveyed over 2,000 students who revealed many have already encountered
a host of online safeguarding threats using school owned devices.

27% of students bypass school web filter using school and personal devices.

37% of students experienced cyberbullying and other types of harassment.

20% of students have been approached by online predators or stalkers.

40% of students have been exposed to scams. 

79% of students experienced offensive language and images.
