We have a team of consultants ready to guide you through the research stage of your purchasing process. First, they’ll learn as much as they can about your organization, the issues you are experiencing and the reasons you searched for our solutions. Then they’ll walk you through a live, customized product demonstration and, if you desire, connect you with some of our existing clients, or give you a free product trial. They’ll make recommendations, help you build a case for your purchase request and share all the relevant literature to help you make a well-informed decision. We are here to help!

installation

Product installation is simple and can all be done remotely by our technical support team. We’ll arrange a time that fits your schedule and take care of everything, so you’re up and running ASAP.

We are proud to have a superior support help desk that is there for you from installation to training – and includes ongoing customer care. In addition to our responsive help desk, we have several points of contact and loads of supporting material, including an interactive forum and access to a library of technical documents, video tutorials and user guides…everything you need to create and maintain your network and classroom management system.

Keeping you happy is what matters most, so we want to hear from you immediately if you feel anything is not up to scratch. We take your grumbles very seriously and have a full complaints escalation process in place to ensure things are dealt with promptly should they arise (it’s a little dusty, as thankfully we don’t have to refer to it too often!)
