Impala Bondco plc – Approval of written procedure to waive a condition in the terms and conditions of the bonds

Nottingham, 5 June 2024 – Impala Bondco Plc (the “Company“) today announces the successful completion of the written procedure that was initiated 13 May 2024 (the “Written Procedure“) in relation to the Company’s senior secured bonds with ISIN NO0011117145 (the “Bonds“) regarding waiving a condition in the terms and conditions of the Bonds on the terms, and as further described in more detail in, the notice of the Written Procedure (the “Proposal“).

A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure in order to form a quorum, and a requisite majority of the bondholders voted in favour to approve the Proposal.

The waiver in respect of the Proposal shall be effective as per 5 June 2024 in accordance with the terms of the Written Procedure.
