Exciting updates to the Impero customer portal

With summer steadily approaching, we know that you are probably concerned about how distance learning will affect U.S. school schedules in the fall. While each U.S. state works to make its own decision about when and how schools will reopen, we want to make sure that Impero customers are equipped to use our online student safety and classroom productivity tools as effectively as possible, no matter the circumstances. Here are two updates we’ve made to the Impero customer portal, effective this week:

New product training videos

We’re excited to launch an Impero Education Pro product training series, available directly in the customer portal and on YouTube. The training series are split into three sections, designed for every Impero user. Each video in these series is designed to help support teachers, administrators and technical staff.

New, instant live chat system

We have implemented an instant live chat system just for Impero customers. Click the chat button in the lower right-hand corner of the customer portal to begin chatting with a support team member immediately.
