What we got up to at Bett MEA
3rd May 2018
Last week, we travelled all the way to Abu Dhabi, UAE for the Bett MEA conference at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre. This event aimed to address the needs of decision-makers through its Leadership Summit Programme and multiple exhibition content stages.
“This exciting two-day event provided us with a great opportunity to connect with new schools, including ADEC schools from within Abu Dhabi. Throughout the day, we had the opportunity to not only speak with contacts within current Impero schools, but also to connect with potential partners and other businesses across the region.” – Will McNeil, International Business Development Manager
It was great to be able to demonstrate Impero Education Pro to the Middle Eastern and African market and to hear feedback from several happy customers! Many of our current customers said how Impero Education Pro provided a real benefit to their lessons, network and online safety.
We were also delighted to have the opportunity to attend some of the talks going on throughout the day. Most notably were discussions conducted by:
Matt Harris, EdTech consultant regarding “Bridging the Gap between schools and EdTech companies, giving valuable insight into what is important to schools from an EdTech focus, and what schools want to know about us, and what we want them to know about us.”
Gavin Boyle, St Christopher’s School, Bahrain regarding moving from digital citizenship to digital leadership. How can we best equip students when navigating the digital world?
“I thought that Bett MEA was an extremely successful event. The best part for me was being able to speak to our existing Impero customers and find out how our software has been helping their schools. I hope we are able to attend Bett MEA once again next year at ADNEC”. Ross Jones, International Business Development Manager
