Meet Impero’s undergraduate placement year students

7th August 2018

Here at Impero, we understand that the job market has become increasingly competitive for graduates. That’s why we strive to give students a helping hand through our undergraduate work placement programme. An undergraduate placement year allows students to enhance their CV through real work experience, as well as apply theoretical knowledge gained at university to a professional working environment. By completing an undergraduate placement year, students can gain and enhance transferable skills desired by employers, such as teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills. Such skills and experience gained in an undergraduate placement year increases a candidate’s chances of successfully gaining a graduate job. We recognise the benefits of a work placement and how beneficial it can be in shaping a student’s future, as well as bringing innovative ideas to the business.

This year, Impero have welcomed seven new placement students across sales, marketing and support. Although they’ve only been with us for a short time, they’re already massively benefiting from the Impero work placement programme.
