Exciting updates to our customer portal!

At a time when students have been learning from home and as some learners return to the classroom, we want to make sure our customers can efficiently and effectively use Impero – especially as technology is playing a virtual role in distance learning and a socially distanced classroom. Behind the scenes, we have been working hard to ensure you’re equipped with everything you need to deliver this successfully and to do this we have two new exciting developments on our customer portal to announce!
- New product training videos
This week, we launched our Impero Education Pro product training series, available directly in the customer portal or via our YouTube channel. The training series are split into three sections, designed for every Impero user. Whether you’re a teacher directly in the classroom, part of the IT team supporting the day-to-day running of the school network or you’re responsible for safeguarding, we have a dedicated series for you.

- Live chat system
Alongside this, and something you may have already noticed within the customer portal, is our new live chat system allowing you to reach our support team in real-time. If you’ve not already seen it, access the customer portal at https://support.imperosoftware.com/support/home and simply click the chat button in the lower right corner. It’s a quick and easy way for you to ask quick questions and speak directly to the support team. Do not fear, we’re also still available via email or phone.
