Our growing product portfolio
This year, we were proud to launch our new product portfolio, offering the full Impero Education Pro suite made up of three key components: classroom management, network management, and online safety feature. While you can buy these modules as standalone products, Impero Education Pro combines the three essential elements that schools need for digital learning to thrive – and all in a single, seamless package.
We’ve also added other new products to our offering, including Impero EdAware, our next-generation digital safeguarding system designed to simplify the recording and management of student safety and safeguarding concerns. Recent development work has focused on Impero EdAware and Impero Education Pro integration to provide provides a holistic approach to managing safeguarding incidents and risk indicators.
A dedicated team
We have a large, highly-skilled and dedicated support team here at Impero, working 8am – 8pm UK time and 5am – 5pm Eastern time each day to support our growing global customer base. Our experienced team of education consultants and product experts are on-hand from initial enquiry right through to implementation. After that, your aftercare will be overseen by our knowledgeable account management team and our support team for technical questions and queries.
