Sales Development Representative – EMEA & APAC

Role Responsibilities –

As the Sales Development Representative for EMEA & APAC, you will be the company front-facing person in our Inbound Leads qualification and Outbound prospecting activities. Outbound research of potential prospects in the designated industries and markets, before reaching out to them, qualifying the interest and generating sales-qualified leads (SQLs) for the team of account managers to close.
As an SDR it is your primary job objective to reach out and connect with prospects, whether they showed interest in our products and services via inbound channels or via direct outbound prospecting.
You will primarily be focused on qualifying leads on the company’s newest Impero Connect Cloud software initiative focused on secure remote control and you will be a vital part of getting our software solution well-positioned and grow the existing customer footprint via direct business and channel sales.
You will collaborate with a Global Sales, Marketing, Product and Support Team.

You shall be responsible for:

  • Manage the complete leads qualification process for our Inbound Leads generated via our omni channel marketing initiatives, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Proactively assess prospect needs in all aspects from providing general information on remote access software, blog related materials, thought leadership content and industry best practices, chasing information, providing sales resources
  • Help build an Outbound growth strategy to expand business all over the region
  • Execute the Outbound reach campaigns, via the designated channels, industries and territories
  • Serve as the primary contact and product expert for our leads pipeline, from lead identification to sales qualified lead
  • Maintain a high-level of solution-based, product positioning knowledge that ensures our prospects continue to evolve and benefit from our expanding solutions
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of your prospects business practice and how Impero Connect solves their problems

 

Required skills/experience/qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Previous experience of direct sales development, preferably at regional level
  • Proven ability to generate and nurture lead generation through phone and email
  • Proven proactive and outbound profile
  • You enjoy talking to people and are great at creating trust
  • You are a great listener
  • You have experience working with different Inbound and Outbound Lead qualification structure and methodologies
  • You manage time and are a self-starter
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Software products positioning, preferable in a SAAS or Cloud product environment
  • Driven and focused
  • Results-oriented and ambitious
  • Organized, dependable and motivated
  • Excellent command of English at business level
  • Flexible in working hours to work with prospects in different EMEA & APAC time zones
  • Any additional international language will be considered a plus

This is a full time permanent role and is based in Romania.
