Role Responsibilities:

As an Account Manager you will be the primary contact for a set of dedicated existing customer accounts across the EMEA region. Your goal will be to develop new business opportunities within this set of accounts that focuses on expansion and up-sell opportunities and a potential renewals element may form part of this role. You will be responsible for creating a plan on how you target these accounts and work to a set of performance focused KPI’s. You will build and manage your own sales pipeline in the company CRM system. You will collaborate with a Global Sales, Marketing, Product and Support Teams.

You shall be responsible for:

  • Serve as the primary contact and product expert for your assigned accounts
  • Maintain a high-level of solution-based, consultative selling that ensures that the Customers continues to evolve and benefit from our expanding solutions
  • Managing, nurturing, and build customer relationships through phone, email and online meetings
  • Managing all aspects of a sale from developing the opportunity through closing the order in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Generate and manage sales pipeline in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Provide product demonstrations to your customers
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of your customer’s needs and pain points and how Impero solves their problems

Skills and experience:

  • Proven proactive and outbound profile, preferably in a telesales-based role
  • Pipeline generation
  • Experience of working towards new business revenue quota’s
  • Track record of creating and closing business
  • Able to manage own time and are a self-starter
  • Experience of working with Education and / or SAAS based software preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Embraces change with a positive attitude
  • Advantageous if you have language skills, ideally fluent in German and or French

This role will cover the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) areas however you will need to be located in the UK, ideally commutable to our office in Nottingham City Centre.

This is a full-time permanent position
