With Impero, everything your network users do on their computers can be discretely logged to a central location, available for later review. The Logviewer makes it easy to see exactly what your network users have been doing on their computers days or months before. Reports can be easily generated on network computer activity and can be used to prove access to particular network resources.

  • Impero descretely logs all computer activity to a central store, not only logging Websites remote users visit, but also all Windows, Software Applications, Printed Documents and Deleted Files.
    The Impero Logviewer clearly displays Computer Activity by Day, then by User, then Computer and finally by the time the user logged on. This allows you to see exactly who was sitting at what pc, when, and what the user accessed while on that computer, leaving no excuses for accessing resources that shouldnt be accessed.
    		  

  • The Impero Logviewer allows you to search and report on any number of keywords. For example, you may want to find who accessed a particular website on a particular day and time. You can easily search the Impero logs for this information and within seconds you will have the results.
    You may also know that someone managed to change the display properties on a computer but are unable to prove who and how they did it. Searching for 'display properties' quickly returns who accessed this, but looking deeper you can see exactly what method they used to open display properties.     		 

  • Optionally, Impero is able to log resource access attempts or written keyword violations.
    Once configured, Impero is capable of monitoring remote computer activity, silently watching for keywords, windows, websites or applications that match specific criteria. Once detected, Impero can optionally block the resource access attempt or silently log this. Going one step further, Impero will take a Screen Shot or record the computer screen for evidence and store this for later review.
